Our Story
I struggled with sleep for years — not the occasional bad night, but the kind of exhaustion that follows you into every part of your day. Over time, I stopped treating sleep as something that just happens to you and started treating it as something you can actually work on: how you wind down at night, what your room feels like when the lights go off, what habits actually help you recover.
What began as a personal effort to improve my own sleep became SnoozTo — a growing brand built to help others create calmer nights.
The Problem We're Solving
Most people struggle with sleep for two reasons: they don't have a calming nighttime routine, and their environment isn't built for rest. We go from a bright screen and a busy mind straight into bed, in a room that's often too bright, cluttered, or “daytime” to signal it's time to wind down.
