These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SnoozTo website, online store, products, content, features, customer support, and related services.

Throughout these Terms, “SnoozTo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SnoozTo. “You” and “your” refer to the visitor, customer, account holder, or other person using our services.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the commerce platform that enables us to offer products and services to you. Shopify is our service provider and is not the seller of SnoozTo products.

By visiting the SnoozTo website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or place an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to place an order.

If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the SnoozTo website or products for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

2. Customer Accounts

Certain store features may allow you to create a customer account.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and current information

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login information

  • Restricting unauthorized access to your account

  • Notifying SnoozTo if you believe your account has been compromised

  • All activity conducted through your account where permitted by law

We may suspend or restrict an account when we reasonably suspect unauthorized access, fraud, misuse, or a violation of these Terms.

3. Store Information

We try to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, availability, prices, and other store information are complete and accurate.

However:

  • Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear

  • Product photographs may include surrounding items that are not included

  • Minor differences can occur between photographs and the delivered product

  • Measurements may contain reasonable variations

  • Product packaging, components, or specifications may be updated by a manufacturer or supplier

  • Typographical, technical, pricing, or availability errors may occasionally occur

We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order when reasonably necessary.

4. SnoozTo Glow and Sleep-Wellness Information

SnoozTo Glow and other SnoozTo products are intended to support the environment around rest and a wind-down routine.

SnoozTo products, website content, social-media content, advertisements, and customer-support communications:

  • Are not medical devices or medical services

  • Do not provide medical advice

  • Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, sleep disorder, or medical condition

  • Do not guarantee that a customer will fall asleep, sleep longer, or experience a particular health outcome

  • Are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

Contact a qualified healthcare professional if you have questions about a medical condition, persistent sleep difficulty, hearing concerns, light sensitivity, medication, or whether a product is appropriate for you.

Never disregard professional medical advice because of information provided by SnoozTo.

5. Product Use

You are responsible for:

  • Reading the included instructions before using a product

  • Using the product only for its intended purpose

  • Following reasonable charging, electrical, placement, cleaning, and care instructions

  • Keeping the product away from conditions that could cause damage

  • Supervising use by children where appropriate

  • Discontinuing use if the product appears damaged or unsafe

SnoozTo is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, improper charging equipment, failure to follow instructions, or use outside the product’s intended purpose, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

6. Prices and Currency

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

We may change prices at any time. A price change does not affect an order that has already been accepted unless the order was affected by an obvious pricing or technical error.

Applicable taxes, duties, delivery charges, or other costs will be displayed during checkout where required and available.

SnoozTo currently offers free standard shipping to eligible United States delivery addresses. Any future expedited or special delivery option will be displayed separately during checkout.

7. Payment

Payment must be completed using a payment method available during checkout.

Payments may be processed by Shopify and independent payment providers. Those providers may apply their own terms, privacy policies, security checks, authorization requirements, and processing rules.

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

  • The information is accurate

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

  • The payment provider may process the transaction

  • Sufficient funds or credit are available

We may delay, decline, or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorized, transaction information appears incorrect, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.

Never send complete credit- or debit-card details through email or the SnoozTo contact form.

8. Orders and Order Acceptance

After you place an order, you may receive an automated order-confirmation message. This confirms that the store received your order but does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted or fulfilled.

An order is subject to:

  • Successful payment authorization

  • Product availability

  • Accurate customer and delivery information

  • Fraud and security review

  • Fulfillment availability

  • Compliance with these Terms and our store policies

We reserve the right to reject, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including when:

  • Payment cannot be verified

  • Product availability changes

  • An incorrect price or product description was displayed

  • The delivery address is incomplete or unsupported

  • The order appears fraudulent, abusive, or intended for unauthorized resale

  • Fulfillment is not reasonably possible

  • The customer has violated these Terms

If we cancel a paid order, the applicable refund will be submitted to the original payment method.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact SnoozTo as quickly as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

We can only guarantee a cancellation or change when the order has not entered fulfillment.

Once fulfillment processing has begun or the order has shipped:

  • Cancellation might no longer be possible

  • The delivery address might not be changeable

  • Product or quantity changes might require a separate order

  • An eligible return may need to be requested after delivery

10. Shipping and Delivery

SnoozTo currently ships store orders to customers in the United States.

Orders typically require 1–3 days for processing. After processing, estimated delivery is 4–7 days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Timing can be affected by:

  • Destination

  • Product availability

  • Fulfillment route

  • Carrier conditions

  • Weather

  • Customs or security procedures where applicable

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Orders may be prepared and shipped by a third-party fulfillment partner. The fulfillment location, carrier, and delivery route may vary.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Review all information before submitting the order.

11. Shipping Delays

If we learn that an order cannot be shipped within the advertised or agreed timeframe, we may contact you with:

  • Information about the delay

  • A revised estimated shipment date where available

  • The option to continue waiting

  • The option to cancel the affected unshipped order and receive an applicable refund

If fulfillment becomes impossible, we may cancel the affected order and submit a refund to the original payment method.

12. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Return requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Do not send a product back without return authorization and instructions from SnoozTo. Because orders may be fulfilled through different locations, the address shown on the original shipping label might not be the approved return destination.

Damaged, incorrect, defective, or incomplete orders may require photographs, video, packaging information, or other reasonable evidence before a replacement or refund is approved.

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers control how long a processed refund takes to appear.

13. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discounts, promotional codes, and special offers may be subject to:

  • Start and end dates

  • Customer eligibility

  • Minimum purchase requirements

  • Product exclusions

  • Usage limits

  • One use per customer

  • Non-combination with other offers

  • Other conditions stated with the promotion

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined.

Promotions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may correct or cancel a promotion affected by fraud, misuse, technical error, or an incorrect price.

14. Product Availability

Product availability may change without notice.

Displaying a product as available does not guarantee that it will remain available until the order is accepted and processed.

If a product becomes unavailable after payment, we may:

  • Contact you with available options

  • Offer an appropriate replacement where agreed

  • Cancel the affected item

  • Refund the applicable amount

We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

15. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, testimonial, or other content to SnoozTo, you represent that:

  • The content reflects your genuine experience or opinion

  • You have the right to submit it

  • It is not false, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or infringing

  • It does not contain another person’s sensitive personal information

  • It does not contain malicious software, spam, or unauthorized advertising

You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting it for publication, you grant SnoozTo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, format, display, and share that content for operating and marketing SnoozTo, subject to applicable law.

We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms. We will not knowingly fabricate or materially alter the substance of customer reviews.

16. Intellectual Property

The SnoozTo name, branding, logo, website design, product presentation, photographs, graphics, written content, videos, advertisements, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to SnoozTo and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

Without written permission, you may not:

  • Copy or reproduce substantial store content

  • Use SnoozTo branding to impersonate or misrepresent an affiliation

  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit website content

  • Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices

  • Create misleading advertisements using SnoozTo content

  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract store data unlawfully

17. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website or services to:

  • Violate any applicable law

  • Commit fraud or submit false information

  • Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights

  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against another person

  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

  • Interfere with website, checkout, or account security

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Collect another person’s information without authorization

  • Submit spam or deceptive communications

  • Place orders using unauthorized payment methods

  • Circumvent purchase, discount, security, or availability limits

  • Use SnoozTo content or services for an unlawful purpose

We may suspend access, cancel affected orders, or report suspected unlawful activity where reasonably necessary.

The website may use or link to third-party services, including:

  • Carriers

  • Advertising platforms

Third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

SnoozTo is not responsible for third-party websites, content, availability, security, or practices that we do not control. Review the applicable third-party terms before using those services.

19. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the store, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment partners, carriers, and other service providers as described in that policy.

20. Electronic Communications

By placing an order or contacting SnoozTo electronically, you agree that order confirmations, policy notices, customer-support messages, payment updates, shipping notices, and other transactional communications may be provided electronically.

Marketing communications are optional and may be unsubscribed from using the link provided in the message.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

We aim to provide accurate information and dependable products and services.

However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The website will always be uninterrupted or error-free

  • Every technical issue will be corrected immediately

  • Delivery will occur on an exact date

  • A product will produce a particular sleep, wellness, or health result

  • Website information will always be free from minor errors

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SnoozTo will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use the website

  • Unauthorized misuse of an account

  • Third-party services outside our reasonable control

  • Carrier delays or delivery events outside our reasonable control

  • Misuse or unauthorized modification of a product

  • Reliance on SnoozTo content as medical advice

  • Loss of data, opportunity, profit, or business

Where liability cannot be excluded, SnoozTo’s responsibility will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, or another responsibility that cannot legally be limited.

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful use of the website or services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your infringement of another person’s rights

  • Content you submit unlawfully

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity conducted through your account

This provision does not apply where the loss resulted from SnoozTo’s own unlawful conduct or where responsibility cannot legally be transferred.

24. Service Changes and Termination

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue part of the website or services when reasonably necessary.

We may terminate or restrict your access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the website, threaten store security, or engage in suspected fraud or unlawful conduct.

Provisions that reasonably should continue after termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions—will remain effective.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

26. No Waiver

If SnoozTo does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.

A waiver is effective only when clearly provided in writing.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any terms displayed with a specific promotion or offer, form the agreement between you and SnoozTo concerning use of the store and purchases made through it.

If a specific written offer conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific terms apply to that offer to the extent of the conflict.

28. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Trinidad and Tobago, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This does not prevent a customer from relying on mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in the customer’s place of residence and cannot legally be excluded.

Before beginning a formal dispute, we encourage you to contact SnoozTo so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

29. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to:

  • The store or products

  • Shopify features

  • Payment, fulfillment, or delivery providers

  • Our operating practices

  • Applicable laws or legal requirements

The updated Terms will be published with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes will not retroactively reduce rights attached to an already completed purchase where prohibited by law.
